“Since we discovered Amazing Hardwood Floors a few years ago, they have put flooring in almost every room of our home - carpet, tile, and engineered wood. Every floor is beautiful, and everyone we have dealt with has been professional, friendly, and skilled. The one constant throughout every job has been Jarius, who has led us through the process with tremendous knowledge, efficiency, and a delightful personality. And recently, when a problem that was not at all of his making arose with one carpet that was installed three years ago, we were immensely grateful for the fair, generous, and cheerful way in which he took responsibility and ensured we emerged from it whole. In short, our only regret associated with Amazing Hardwood Floors is that we won't be doing business with them again any time soon because we have run out of floors. We would encourage anyone else who does have floors in need of covering or replacement to entrust them to this company; you'll be glad you did.”

“My husband and I ended up buying a house that truly needed everything you could possibly think of, renovation wise. As we struggled with navigating contractors and reputable professionals, we came across Amazing Hardwood Floors out of Bolton. Upon giving them the initial “call and get a vibe” conversation, we were connected with Jarius. He not only was very patient with our vigorous line of questioning, but extremely knowledgeable, professional, and down to earth. Both my husband and I had multiple phone conversations with him, and immediately knew, this was the guy to get us through this part of our house renovations. We did our entire house, upstairs AND downstairs, bathrooms, shower, main rooms, and mudroom through Amazing hardwood. Me, being the nervous nelly, given the current pandemic, was so very weary about going down to the actual showroom itself, but both Jarius and the tile specialist Jeff, were super respectful and understanding, as well as compliant (ten fold) about space to keep everyone safe. We had multiple phone calls, changed appointment scheduling conflicts (that they so graciously accommodated), and reassurance that THEY were working for US, and not to apologize for rethinking patterns or colors before the big order and install date. Jarius made sure that we were comfortable and 100% sure about our decisions, and gave off zero negativity throughout the whole process. When faced with a few uncertainties, he gently guided us in helping to solve any insecurities or flooring questions to get to our desired outcome. Jeff (the tile specialist and consultant) was a major player too, as he put no added pressures, just sound advice and support in remodeling our shower, bathroom flooring, and mudroom. Jarius, however, was truly available 24/7, and being a working man AND full time father, that says a lot. He really was available when we needed him, which signed the deal and made the whole experience completely worth while. When the tiling and hardwood flooring was completed, the house, which at first made me cry, had this majestic and wonderful “HOME” feeling to it...which was the turning point for me. As typically, the men can see further down the line and get the WHOLE house perspective, it wasn’t until the flooring and tiling of this particular business was done, that I could see my family living here. Thank you, a million times over, for being a place that WORKS with its customers, listens, has patience and doesn’t stop until the job is done to our satisfaction. If you’re looking for a flooring place, I’d suggest giving Jarius a call. He’ll be the guy, YOUR “person”, and make you HIS “person” to walk you through the big choices, hand in hand, until the job is done. Give them a call! You won’t be disappointed.”

“Mike the salesman was phenomenal to work with, the quote process was quick and painless. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. After day one, he called to make sure I was happy with the progress. Toby the project manager was great at keeping me updated on when the crew would arrive for each shift (2 day process). The crew (I unfortunately didn't catch their names) were efficient and polite. We only got one room done due to the state of the flooring but when the time comes to have the rest of the house fixed up, I look forward to using them again and hope to work with Mike specifically again.”

“I just completed a project with Amazing Floors and they did an excellent job. I had carpet removed and new flooring installed along with all new trim molding and new hearth tile, also had stairs refinished and a new stair runner installed.
