I would have rated them 5 stars if the I did not have severe communication issues with the installer who spoke no English at all. He had his supervisor call me to straighten out the miscommunication. I truly believe that you're front line is what the customer experiences and that's where it really makes a difference. By the way they did a great job with the hardwood floors and the carpet.”
