“My wife and I went to Allan Rug Co. to look for stair carpet for two stairways in our house and for an area rug for our dining room. Natasha looked after us and quickly narrowed down the options based on our feedback. Within an hour we had selected a runner for each of the staircases and a rug for the dining room. The rug was delivered and set up within a couple of days. Paul came to install the stair carpets as soon as the carpets were available and he did an outstanding job, removing the old ones and installing the new ones. So, we have excellent customer service, fast and efficient delivery and set-up, very professional installation services, loads of choices in colours, patterns, styles, weights and price points, reasonable and clear pricing - can you give a vendor more than 5 stars?”

“Allan Rug was excellent. Natasha helped me select a beautiful wool carpet for our basement. I was in a bit of a rush as our basement had to be partially demoed right before I had family visiting for holidays. Natasha was able to offer a number of options that were already in stock, and she was amazingly able to schedule the install just three days before Christmas. The install crew was great. They were able to move around some of the bigger furniture that was unable to be relocated, they worked quickly, and they did a great job. I absolutely love how it looks.
