“We bought carpet from All Floors 5 years ago. Immediately after the install we started having issues with the carpet. The piles would pull out all over not just at seams. All Floors worked very hard with us and for us and got the manufacturer to own up to the carpet being defective. It took 5 years of fighting with the manufacturer to get the claim settled. All Floors (LeRoy Clayton) was very diligent and determined to assist us to get the issue resolved. I am glad to say it paid off and the replacement carpet will be installed soon.”

“Thanks to LeRoy, Sharon and Paul, I was rescued from my Home Depot Installation Nightmare! Please read my Home Depot review for more details. The 2nd floor of my home was in dire need of a makeover due to the condition of our carpet. The same day I received my refund from Home Depot, I crossed the street over to All Floors located on Lee Vista Blvd. I was greeted by Paul and he introduced me to owners LeRoy and his wife Sharon. LeRoy and Paul, both Veterans have over 30 years of experience in floors and they know what they are talking about. LeRoy was at my house in a matter of hours to measure and inspect my bare floor. He immediately determined that my floor was a candidate for Laminate and pointed out the places were leveling compound would have to be laid down. My wife and I picked out Parkay Textures Laminate Flooring for the living room, hallway and foyer. We also decided to redo the stairs and picked out SmartStrand Carpet which is very durable and offers terrific warranties. Everything was ordered and my installation date was set up immediately. The installation of my floor and carpet was completed today and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality and professionalism of the All Floors Team! The laminate installation team was here promptly the day it began and they finished the flooring in two days. Kyle and his crew are very skilled in what they do and they take pride in their work. They were all very friendly and it was definitely a positive experience. One thing I welcomed was that they all work for All Floors; they are not independent contractors. They walked us through the plan and fully explained what was being done to correct the leveling issue. Home Depot abandoned this same job because they stated Laminate could not be installed on my floor, huge mistake and monetary loss on their part! Anyways, the compound was laid down on Friday and the floor was put in Saturday. The carpet was skillfully installed on Monday and Kyle & Billy came back today with the finishing touches. We are enraptured not only with the quality of work but the exemplary customer service we received from everyone at All Floors. As for pricing, I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for." This was an investment for our home and not only did we receive quality product but we have the peace of mind that it was done correctly. All Floors provides a Lifetime Guarantee on the installation as well as excellent financing deals. I learned a valuable lesson, don't ever go to the big box stores for specialized projects. If you are thinking about having flooring put in, stick with the pros!”
