“We were very pleased with the end result. We believe we received a quality carpet at a fair price. Our one concern which we shared with the owner is the professionalism of the installers. Even though they did a great job ...they often came an hour or two later than scheduled...took long smoke breaks outside...left early...seldom called when they were coming late...forgot some equipment which delayed starting the project...didn't bring enough material to complete the project...etc.”
