“Above All Hardwood Floors is the best of the best! When hiring a company to do this kind of work it’s difficult to know the outcome of the job until it’s complete. If it’s NOT done right the customer is left with a job poorly done. It’s difficult to correct poor installs and service. Several years ago we had Hardwood Floors installed in our kitchen and entryway by a different company. In the spring of this year we decided to have hardwood floors installed on the rest of the main floors of our house. The experience between the two companies was like night and day! After getting estimates from five different hardwood floor companies my husband and I decided to have ‘Above All Hardwood Flooring’ do the install. Their price was a bit more than the other estimates but I was most impressed with Beth Brown’s professional approach and knowledge about hardwood floors and how to tie the new floors into the old floors. We were not disappointed! From taking out the old carpet in three rooms to installing the new floors, feathering the old and new floors together, sanding them correctly, water popping the maple floors, choosing the custom stain, staining them evenly and finishing them with a final coat and buff was top notch. As with any project, there can be small or even large issues that arise. There was a very slight issue that drew concern on our part. A baseball size area of the floor along a baseboard was missed when water popping the maple floor. However, the response from ‘Above All Hardwood Flooring’ was excellent! The issue was resolved within a day or two. We were completely satisfied. The final outcome couldn’t be better! We had no idea hardwood floors could look so nice! It’s worth paying a bit more to get such results. We like to thank all the skilled workers who contributed to the successful results. Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. Beth, Billy, Colin, Ken, Bryan, Adam and Colton are just a few who helped with the project. I know there were a couple others but I’m not great at remembering names. We are enjoying our new hardwood floors and are so glad to have had Above ‘All Hardwood Floors’ do the job!”

“*updated review, the issues were mostly resolved. Last winter we decided to install a hallway instead of carpet. Above all hardwood had previously serviced the flooring with the previous owners and we felt confident they would be the best choice in working with us. We had the sales person out to determine what kind of wood was needed, take measurements, make recommendations. Was beyond our planned budget but they recommended voraciously that we must redo all of our nearby flooring in order to have it all match perfectly. Exact words were the only way we can guarantee an exact match is to redo all of your flooring which was in beautiful condition. They installed the hallway and installed the wrong type of wood. When I noticed the error they said it was just the stain and age of the wood. Ugh! So first dismissed my concern by the technicians onsite, and told me I was wrong. Escalated the situation and the sales person received my photo and acknowledged it was not the same species of wood. They said it’s OK they can still fix it and get the wood to match even though they mix a custom stain on site every time they still assured us that it would still match and be perfect without having to re-block the entire floor again. They re-installed the correct wood and the splice looks good. It was frustrating but mistakes happen. It was an inconvenience but the dust and smell was better with the smaller project. All in all I would say don’t rush or feel pressured. Refinishing existing floor is a huge project.”

“What a great experience that Frank Rusnacko and his team at Above All Hardwood Flooring provided our family. We had been living with our Red Birch Floors (See photos) that were in real need of updating. Frank came out and measured and we had a quote within a day. We were then treated excellent from all of the employees at Above All Hardwood Flooring. We now have the most beautiful wood floors we could ask for. Adam and Carl came out and sanded an area where we could review several different colors until we determined what color to go with.
