“It is great to find small, local businesses who do great work at a great price. Mike Fasano of Abel Carpet is just such a company. Last year we ordered carpeting that turned out to be defective. Mike came over and agreed right away that the carpet was an issue. He spoke to the manufacturer and they agreed to replace the carpet at no charge to us. Mike then insisted on giving us a better grade of carpeting and a better backing, because of the inconvenience this had caused. The installation was of course, free. This new carpeting looks terrific and we can tell how much better it is already. We appreciate Mike's integrity to make things right, even though it wasn't his fault that the carpet had problems.
