From start to finish, Chad and his crew was very informative and had ideas how things should look. I had a kitchen tile that was cracked and with a new house I did not know if there was extra tiles. Chad insisted on looking around the property, he looked and looked and found an extra tile which saved me hundreds of dollars to replace the broken tile compared to installing a new kitchen floor. “In 2018, Abbey Carpet and Tile at Patricia’s, helped my husband and I replace all of the floors throughout our home. Last month, they remodeled our bathrooms and replaced the carpets in all 4 of our bedrooms. I can’t say enough about Jeff and every person on his staff. Everything went so smoothly and the workmanship was excellent. Remodeling is difficult but every person who works for and including Jeff made the process seamless. We are so pleased with the way our home looks and a majority of that is a result of the wonderful work and assistance we received. “We can’t find enough good words to describe Travis and our experience with Abby Carpet & Flooring at Patricia’s in Cape Coral. We needed to replace 20-year-old tile in the kitchen, dining area, living room and enclosed porch, in the home where we are living. During the entire process from selecting the flooring to the final walk thru, Travis was on top of things. He went from professional and knowledgeable salesperson to foreman. He stopped in to discuss the job with the various work crews, check on progress, address any concerns we had, made sure supplies were delivered timely, etc. The demolition of the existing tile caused a little dust but, as Travis promised, due to their wetting procedure, it was not the nightmare we had heard about from others. The various work crews were always on time and always professional. They did excellent work and kept the debris removed and the site clean. We had new porcelain tile laid in the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The porch got COREtec XL Enhanced plank flooring. We are thrilled with our new floors. They had a great selection to chose from, and with the help of Humberto we got exactly what we wanted. Installation of both was excellent. Humberto and his installers were very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them.”
