“Due to Ian, we had to replace the carpet in our 1st floor master bedroom and bathroom. We chose to update the look with Luxury Vinyl Flooring. We also had them install LVP in our laundry room. The sales team was very good about letting us browse, take samples home, and browse again (repeat 3 times). Jeff was great for getting us pricing and availability quickly. Once we made our decision, the Abbey Team went to work. It took 1 day to remove everything and do all the prep work and another to install the new flooring. Quick, easy and great quality work. The job was just over 1100 sq. feet. The end product looks fantastic! We're extremely happy with customer service and the finished product we received. I can recommend Abbey Carpet with out reservation for all your flooring needs.”

“Lisa is AMAZING!!!! My husband and I bought a home in FL while still living in WI. We only had a couple of days to pick out new flooring and Lisa made it happen! She met us the very next day at our new house, did measuring and had a quote to us within hours. We had the floors installed while we were still in WI and Lisa kept us updated and even sent us several pictures of our finished floors. She also went out of her way to help us find a painter. I HIGHLY recommend Lisa. She is professional in every way and one of the nicest people you will ever meet!”
