“This is the fifth time that we have used A&D for our flooring needs, both residential and commercial. Their product knowledge is excellent and has helped us make the correct decisions each time. After the initial sale they do a good job of keeping you informed of the status of your flooring order, including a reminder call the day before letting you know when the installers will arrive. They use their own in-house installers who are courteous and do a great job of installing and cleaning up the job site when done. I wouldn't use anyone else in the area for my flooring needs.”

“When I needed new carpeting, I wasn't sure if I should try the most cost-effective route and go with Home Depot/Lowes or invest a little more and go with a smaller company. A&D had such great reviews online, so I took the risk and never for a moment regretted it. The sales reps took time to listen to what I wanted and offer cost-effective solutions. They were timely in their responses and honest about what they thought were the best options for me (even if those options were less expensive!). Then, when the carpeting I chose was backordered for a second time, they upgraded me to a more expensive/durable model for free! I would expect this if I were a high-end client with a large home. But that is not me. I originally chose a middle-of-the-road product for my 1,700 square foot home. And still, they bent over backward to offer top-notch service. Then, upon installation, their team of service providers was professional, efficient, and took pride in their work. I truly could not be happier with the product and service I received at A&D!”

“Great, professional company! Everything went smoothly from the consultation to the day of installation. There was a hiccup with a transition piece in one of the rooms but they have been great about keeping me in the loop since the piece had to be ordered. I’m in love with my floors! Definitely would recommend!”
