“Great carpet installation; long installation times. Our lone carpet installer arrived at 9am and didn't leave until after 8pm, although he worked hard and steadily. He was installing four average-sized rooms of carpet + a stairway. I thought maybe we had bad luck to have only one installer working by himself, especially since he placed multiple calls to get another installer to join him, but the front-desk woman at Willow Creek shared with me that it is common for them to only use one installer. (Our previous experience with carpet installation is that a small team would do the job in a half-day or so.) There was also a five week timeline to get on their installation calendar. If you have pets that need to be locked up for installation or small children who need to be readied for bed, you may want to take the timeline into consideration. Other than that, we really like the carpet.”
