“After an exhausting experience of being shown no respect, treated rudely at more than 3 other places who wanted to charge me ridiculous prices on low quality materials, this was a breath of fresh air! From the moment I walked in I was greeted warmly and respectful. I told them what I was looking for and immediately I was given a few choices in my budget! They didn’t waste my time showing me high priced material ….It took me 20 min to make my selections on flooring and carpet! I got an estimate the same day! The workers were fabulous and Nino installed 2 floors and carpet on the stairs in 1 day! The customer service and installation was flawless from beginning to end!”

“The experience was wonderful! Unlike my experience at 5 other locations where the service was impersonal, disrespectful, cold, or rude, my experience at this location was exceptional! When I walked in the door I was greeted with enthusiasm. I explained what I wanted and was shown just what I was looking for. It only took 15min to pick my vinyl flooring and carpet! Chako came out the same day did my measurements and gave me an estimate lower than all 5 other carpet stores. It took one day for Nino to do the 2 rooms and stairs! “Wholesale flooring did an amazing job on our floors. Before hiring them I was telling them about the horrible customer service we had received at more than one flooring company here in Bakersfield and the ridiculous amount of money that those companies were trying to charge us to remodel our house. Wholesale flooring quoted us a fair price, customer service was awesome, and the installers meant business. They literally worked from sun up til sun down some days and got the job done !!! I highly recommend Wholesale Flooring their customer service is just as awesome as their flooring and they will give you a fair price.”
