“Westlake flooring installed out LVP flooring about a year ago. I was blown away at the quality of work they did. The crew they sent out was outstanding. They knocked out our entire downstairs in two days. The majority of it was done in one day. I was concerned about the trim but after they finished the LVP install the baseboards and quarter round was in immaculate shape! We were super impressed. Now a year later we decided it was time to replace the builder grade carpet in our house. My wife and I wanted to use Westlake again but also wanted to shop around as well to ensure we were getting the best price. We got three quotes and Westlake was very competitively priced. It was a no brainer to use them again. This time a different crew came to do the carpet, but they were just as great as the first crew that did our LVP. They moved all of our big heavy furniture (we have a lot) and had no issues. We went with a gorgeous patterned carpet just released by Mohawk. It came out absolutely perfect! I would highly recommend Westlake to anyone looking for a great price, quality work and peace of mind. The owner came out personally several times during both projects to check-in and see how things are going. We’ll never use anyone else. These guys are first class. Thank you, Westlake Flooring! “As a former interior designer, I have worked with many industry professionals and Ron Lawing at Westlake Flooring is one of the best I have encountered! He provided me and my mother-in-law with exceptional customer service when we purchased homes in the area and coordinated hardwood flooring refinishing and carpet and vinyl installation with short turnarounds to coincide with move-in dates from out-of-state. Ron worked seamlessly around other contractors' timelines and delivered as promised. Once the work was completed, Ron inspected the job site and when a few corrections were needed, he immediately had his installers return to make the corrections so that move-in deadlines could be met. Additionally, Ron was very conscientious about maintaining contact with me and regularly updated me on the status of our jobs. Both my mother-in-law and I are very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend Ron Lawing and Westlake Flooring to other customers!”

“We moved into a new home a year ago. We recently had Westlake Flooring replace the carpeting with the same Mowawk Revwood flooring that was in the rest of the house. We were exceptionally pleased with this company. We worked with Ron Lawing, who works in sales and also managed the installation of our flooring. We especially appreciated that he under-promised and over-delivered. Our project was completed several weeks early due to materials becoming available sooner than expected. Ron communicated regularly and followed up as promised. The work crew that replaced our flooring was also exceptional. They were prompt and polite, and placed protective coverings on our floors before starting work. They also cleaned up after finishing each day. Rarely have we worked with a business this professional! Ron checked in to see how things were going during the work days and followed up after completion of the work to make sure we were completely satisfied. We wish every contractor provided this kind of service! We would highly recommend this company.”

“Ron came to our home with samples, and provided an estimate that day to install flooring in our enclosed porch. He suggested the luxury vinyl plank floor, ideal for the porch. Our new floor looks like gorgeous real wood planks. Installation was meticulous, and installers were careful to keep dust at a minimum, and did a great job at cleanup. Price was reasonable, and service was great.”
