“Excellent experience! I found them from an online search and went to check them out along with some other flooring stores. They were very kind and helpful right off the bat. They offered friendly and professional interactions while they helped me in my search for new carpet, stone to go around my fireplace, and a hardwood floor to replace existing laminate and tile. I am very picky and particular and needed to take my time. I appreciate that they were very patient with me and never made me feel rushed once. They let me borrow samples whenever I needed to help me in this process of remodeling our home. I was able to price out several different options before coming to my final decisions, which I'm very happy about. The carpet installers were professional and did a great job. No damage to my house at all. The hardwood floor installer was superb as well. He was very friendly, professional, and respected my wishes. Overall 5 star experience.”
