“I had the dreaded flooding in my basement from a relief valve that stuck open and did not close! Of course it is a finished basement with half of it carpeted! I was beyond stressed! Lisa took my call at near closing time and still helped me! She made some phone calls and arranged for men to come over the next morning and help me dry out and lift up the carpet. They came back later when all was good to put the carpet back down! Harley and his partner that did the job were very personable and helpful. I would highly recommend this company and will go back to them in the future!”
