“We ordered custom "plantation shutters" for two 60" x 32" inch windows in our family room. The price was right. Villa came out prior to processing our order to measure the windows ... and then came out and installed them when the finished product arrived. There was a tiny screw missing on one of the shutter louvers when they were initially delivered. Villa contacted the manufacturer - obtained the proper screw and made an extra trip out to ensure that the job was done completely. The shutters themselves look great, the quality of Villa's installation was top notch. The shutters were completed and delivered from the manufacturer two weeks faster than we expected. The icing on the cake was that the folks at Villa were great to work with. We couldn't be happier with the product we chose - and the fact that we chose to work with Villa to purchase them. Five out of Five Stars from me!!!”
