“We went to the store on Old US Hwy 41 and right from the go they were super helpful. We picked out a few different items we liked and Dale recommended based on what we told him we were looking for. We took home a couple samples and within 5 minutes knew exactly what we wanted. Dale came by our house the next day to take measurements and then shortly after we got on the waiting list. Unfortunately my husband and I contracted COVID during the time they were scheduled to lay our flooring but they were flexible and pushed out the date a couple weeks. While they were here the crews were friendly, professional, and provided quality work. Our floors were leveled out, old laminate under our old flooring was pulled up and now we have beautiful hardwood and tile flooring. After they were finished, we noticed that there were a couple spots that weren't glued down properly. Dale sent out the crews to come back and fix the area. We love the end result! Highly recommend and in the future when it is time to replace our carpet, we know exactly where we want to get it from.”
