“Like all of the other 5-star reviews here, I cannot recommend Town Flooring enough; in fact, we will use them again when it comes time to remodel our finished basement next year. Go with Town Flooring and you won't regret it. We shopped around in the greater Albemarle County area and no one in the area beat Town Flooring's price or customer service. Bruce was pleasant to work with and very attentive. He helped us find a perfect match for the manufactured hardwood we were searching for. The old stuff was no longer made, but he found one that is virtually a perfect match. The other guys around town simply pointed us towards a stack of samples and left us alone. They did not seem to be too enthusiastic to capture our business and asking them questions seemed like a hassle. I appreciate the personalized customer service Bruce provided. The install went very smoothly and was completed on time. The results are perfect. The install team Town Flooring sent to us was courteous and hardworking. During the install, Bruce came out to personally check on us to make sure everything was going well. Again, customer service like this is hard to find these days and much appreciated. Bottom line: We will use Town Flooring again within a year to replace approximately 900 sq ft of our house based on our experience to date. No one beats them on price and customer service; we know because we spoke with everyone in the area before going with Town Flooring.”
