“Francy and her team have helped me with house projects twice. The first time involved helping with paint colors and redoing our fireplace. The most recent experience was a kitchen reno with flooring, countertops, and backsplash. Francy, Scott, & Amy are all incredibly helpful and kind. I went in multiple times and they helped me decide what would look best, showing great patience as I waffled between choices. They kept me informed and hired contractors who were thorough and respectful. I was fearful of how long this project would take given the backlog of many materials, but it was swift and efficient. I highly recommend working with the team at Total House & Flooring for basically anything you would like to have done in your home.”

They let me bring carpet sample boards home from the shop to view them in my own space, answered questions and provided estimates quickly, and the installation was flawless. Their install team was prompt, courteous and professional (which isn't always the case with home service install teams) - I highly recommend this company.”

“After searching remotely for someone to install new carpet in our home before we moved to the area, we found Total House + Flooring in Southern Pines. They were by far the nicest, fastest, and most professional company I contacted during the research phase. Amy was WONDERFUL to work with, as was the rest of the crew. It was a little nerve wracking choosing new carpet sight unseen, but with Amy’s expert help we found just the right option. She even had some samples mailed to us out of town before choosing. We’ve been in the house for a couple weeks now (so glad to be home 🏡) and it is PERFECT! And they did a great job on the installation! Thanks again to THF for making new carpet happen on such a short timeline to make our house feel like home again. 110% recommend this company!!”
