“The estimate for a repair to our water damaged wood floors from Hurricane Irma was fair and reasonable and provided promptly by The Wood Floor Company. A date for the repair was set in a timely manner by the company and by us so that it would be convenient for us. The repair was very well done and completed when the company said it would be completed. All documents necessary for my insurance claim were provided in a timely manner.
