“Paid $3600 for a gapping in my floor. Guys came out and installed fast, very nice. Installer told me they got close enough to the wall I wouldn’t need quarter round. Day after my husband and I put our trim on and noticed a gap (didn’t install close enough to the wall.) reached out about and they came back and pounded it back with a hammer. Worked well for a day. reached out AGAIN and my sales guy said they would come back out and relay it so there wasn’t any gap. Guess what? They pounded it back with a hammer and said my trim wasn’t tight enough and that’s why my flooring was shifting so they redid my trim and he said it shouldn’t be a problem anymore. Guess what? I still have a gap. Their communication to get your money and your floor laid is amazing. But it’s not the best when you have problems with said flooring. I was super interested in getting the rest of my house done with them but not anymore.”

“Sean took care of me from day one. The process was simple and stress free! I had a couple squeaks and spots that needed leveling out. They took the time to complete the prep work to make the finish results look fantastic. Much appreciated!!! Highly recommend!! Thanks again and will definitely be back.”
