“I went to The Finishing Touch late last summer to look at new flooring for a home project. Within about 5 minutes, Josh was able to show me a product that I was describing to him; he lent me a sample to take home. He worked up a quote very quickly after coming to my house to measure. I was originally planning on doing the work myself with some help from someone, but that didn't work out (he even offered to lend me some tools). I called The Finishing Touch about installation, and Josh was able to connect me with one of his professional installers to squeeze me in and get the job done. The installers were great; fast and very professional. The flooring changed the entire look of the house...so happy to have the old carpeting and laminate flooring gone! The material pricing was very comparable to the online places; I'd rather buy from someone local. Josh was within 3% of the material estimate even with the waste! Very happy overall with everything.
