“From the very beginning they were a wonderful group of people and company to do business with. We got our bathroom floor tiled. We had a rough idea of the tile we wanted. They showed us the tile gave us some information and answered our questions. They didn't hover but would periodically check on us see if we had questions or needed help. Eventually we had it narrowed down to two tiles. They allowed us to take the samples home to see which we liked in our bathroom. When the man came to measure our bathroom he picked up the samples. Even quite busy he was quick and very thorough. We soon had a quote. Once we agreed he did a write up and we came in to check it out and make sure it was all that we liked and everything was covered. We made a change to the grout going a different color with it and they had a new contract printed up and we were signed and had our appointment made before leaving. The young man, CR, who came to lay the floor was thorough, quick, and very nice. He did the work beautifully even the curve of our tub was well done. We had some bad weather so he made sure to lay out cloth all the way from our front door to the bathroom so not to make a mess on our floors. When he was running a bit late he kept us informed. It was a joy and our pleasure to deal with everyone in this company. They answered questions, were pleasant, thorough, quick but precise. Next time I have this kind of work I will certainly be using them again, and highly recommend them.”

“Yesterday three high school senior boys complimented me on how much they liked the kitchen back splash. ?! Everyone who visits asks about our floor--our beautiful wood-patterned porcelain tile with grain texture so it is not slippery. Heated to thousands of degrees, the porcelain is water and stain proof. Cleaning is simple and fast. It always looks magnificent. My wife shows every visitor our master bath. They rave about the tiled floor, tiled shower wall and lighted glass bench, and the lighted and mosaic-tiled shampoo shelf. One friend told her it is the most beautiful bathroom she has ever seen. This is the bathroom we shower in every day. Doug Neidholdt, Kathy, and their team provided detailed and valuable advice to us as we selected granite counters, and seamless bathroom counter-sink combinations. Our shower base is easy to clean, has good traction and drains well,. No contractor or supplier would have provided the competent, conscientious, flexible, long-term personal service we received from Doug and his crew. We appreciate their assistance so much and recommend them without reservation.”
