“I can’t say enough good things about Taffs’ Carpet. It was very easy to get the owner, Mike, here to give us an estimate on replacing our carpet. Marci was great to guide us to the samples in the showroom that were in line with what we were looking for. The first carpet they installed for us had manufacturing defects. The manufacturer, Shaw, would not admit that carpet was defective. We had discoloration in several places where the in carpet met itself. It looked like 2 different shades. Their inspector said it was the light from our room & windows, a large mirror, and an overhang from multi- tiered ceilings. So, we had a different carpet, which was basically the same color, installed and had no shading issues with it. Taffs’ staff was great about keeping us updated on communications between the manufacturer and themselves. They spent a lot of time intervening on our behalf with Shaw’s warranty department and Shaw’s sales reps. Mike and his team worked diligently to get our issue taken care off. Thanks to Taffs’ we didn’t have to pay for any labor to tear out the first carpet or install the second carpet. Taffs’ installers did an excellent job both times. They did not scratch any of our oak trim or leave any marks on the walls. They showed up when they were scheduled to be here, and even called to let us know they were on the way. The next time we need any kind of new flooring Taff’s will be our go to place. Thank you very much to the Taffs team for a job well done.”
