“We had Surfaces NW put new hardwood and tile floors into the house we purchased this year. They had a great selection of flooring options, their prices were cheaper than others we looked at, and they were really easy to work with. There was a scheduling issue on the day they were supposed to start working, we talked to Cody and he had some additional workers put on the job to ensure they still finished in the original time frame. When we are ready to do more projects in the future we will be coming back to Surfaces NW.”

“Amazing and quick work! I am selling my house and at the last minute needed some carpet installed in a bedroom and on some stairs. Called them up on a Thursday, they came out for a quote on Friday and the carpet was installed on Tuesday! I didn’t know what would match my current flooring so they provided suggestions and without even testing samples in my home we chose a color and it matches perfectly! Super happy with the speedy response and quality work on the stairs.”

“Surfaces Northwest Installed new vinyl flooring in a small bedroom. From my initial contact with the company, the process went smoothly as follows: estimate and time frame, choice of flooring, scheduling, communication, arrival of three workers who quietly and efficiently completed the work in about two hours, invoice generation and receipt for payment. I look forward to working with this company again to refloor another bedroom and replace the carpeting on my stairs.”

“A ruptured water line in the kitchen flooded and ruined our wood floor requiring a replacement of the kitchen, entryway, and dining room floors, as well as some of the sub flooring torn out by another company to dry everything out. After extensive research, we chose Surfaces NW to replace the missing sub flooring and lay a new floor. Every person we came into contact with at Surfaces NW was friendly, helpful, and competent. Cody, our project manager measured the floors and answered all our questions. The installation team finished the job in a day, and did a great job. They also asked questions when a decision had to be made. For example, how we wanted them to handle a complication with the transition between the dining room and hallway. It was nice to be included in that process. Lucy check back with us to be sure we had no problems with the installation or how the entire process was handled. The entire staff seems dedicated to providing excellent service and having well qualified craftspeople do the work.”
