“Nobody gets excited about flooring but I must say---I purchased flooring for our entire home and I can't remember a time when I had a better experience with a company! It started when we came in the door and everybody was helpful but not pushy. Julio the owner came out to the house and measured and we made a final decision. Once we signed the contract I knew we were in good hands! Our flooring took 4 days to complete and I must give a BIG shout out to Lucas who was our lead installer. He was meticulous and careful and solved little problems that come up when flooring a home. He just had such a wonderful attitude and was a genuinely caring person. Julio the owner was out twice during the install process as were Carlos and Everton the install and project managers. Heydi and Angel in the office were such a delight and were efficient and wonderful to talk to! It's obvious this company cares about their customers. We'll be visiting them again soon when we do our last room remodel. Thank you to Specialty Flooring for what was truly an excellent experience!”

“We were recommended Specialty Flooring by friends and couldn’t be happier. Working with Heidi and Julio was super easy because they know there business and products so well. They’ll guide you to make the right choice for your situation making sure you get the floors you want. From the buying to the install everything was smooth. The installers, Bruno and Robin were very nice and respectful and they cleaned their work area each day before leaving. The only thing I was concerned about was our stair treads and the final look with an engineered floor. Julio reassured us the finish results would not disappointed and his guys delivered. The attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Throughout the job Carlos also came to check on the install and make sure everything was going well. Start to finish we had zero issues and today finding a contract who delivers what they promise is rare. “Being an OG from NYC, I’m used to doing things with word of mouth. But now living down here I find myself searching the Internet for services a lot more.. For me everything is trust. And I can truly say you could trust these people with your money .they say what they mean and they mean what they say. “I couldn’t be happier or recommend Specialty-Flooring enough for the work they did. I initially hired a company off of Angi’s List to complete this work. After paying the deposit to the company, they advised they’d be there the following morning to begin work. They didn’t call and of course they didn’t show. After searching for tile installers in Coral Springs, I found Specialty Flooring and took a drive over. I met with Angel at the office and described my situation. It was late in the afternoon when I arrived so they had indicated they would come the following morning to give me a quote. As promised the following morning (Saturday) they arrived and at the scheduled time. Specialty Flooring provided a quote and I hired them to begin the work. They showed up Monday as promised and on time. This tile installation was quoted as taking five days to complete… and each day they showed up as promised. They worked extremely hard and you could tell they had a passion for what they were doing. My wife and I absolutely love the transformation in the kitchen. It wouldn’t have turned out any better and there is NO OTHER COMPANY I will ever use again for tile work! Absolutely love this team!!”
