Julio came out to my property twice to measure when I was unsure about what areas I wanted to do my flooring. He was in and out in a very efficient manner and Nelissa who coordinates everything and puts the proposals together is super patient and understanding and tries to work with you to find something that will work within your budget & if some reason you can’t find something that works within your budget they are still very understanding and helpful and that is truly a rare find these days. I couldn’t believe the selection they had to pick from or the price she was able to give it to us at. Never have I experience such great customer service from a flooring store.
