“My wife and I were looking to change our flooring but didn't know how many sq feet we needed . All the flooring companies wanted me to pick a tile before I knew the SQ footage of my home I thought this was idiotic . (How do I know how much to spend on tile if I don't know How much I need ? ) I was in coral springs and I noticed Specialty Flooring Company since I was there I decided to stop in expressing what I was experiencing . Nelissa was sympathetic to my needs answered all my questions and without hesitation she took my contact information , someone was in my home the next morning at 9:00 to measure out my unit. The gentleman who arrived was well dressed neat and very personable ,The unit was measured in about 30 minutes I needed 800 sg feet . Now that I had the information I needed my wife and I went to their showroom Nelissa was my customer service representative for Specialty Flooring Nelissa was professional, knowledgeable and compident. After answering all my questions and calling to find out the answer to the questions I had asked that she did not know the answer to I felt very good working with Nelissa. My wife and I picked a tile and grout, Nelissa verified our contact information and I had a quote in two days . I found Specialty Flooring to be a very professional knowledgeable company and Nelissa was great, we look forward to working with them in the future . We appreciate all the help information and advice that we were given and I give this company a five star rating for hiring someone like Nelissa.”

“Excellent positive reflection on Speciality Flooring with employees like Nelissa. We entered the store and there were several customers. However, Nelissa was able to check in on us with her wonderful personality, and showed us around. She came back, made suggestions and completed our transaction of buying Vinyl flooring for our entire house. During the pick up, Nelissa and Bianca helped with the loading. Subsequently, we needed more Vinyl flooring and Nelissa helped quickly and efficiently. Great service, knowledge and excellent selections in the store.”
