“Nobody gets excited about flooring but I must say---I purchased flooring for our entire home and I can't remember a time when I had a better experience with a company! It started when we came in the door and everybody was helpful but not pushy. Julio the owner came out to the house and measured and we made a final decision. Once we signed the contract I knew we were in good hands! Our flooring took 4 days to complete and I must give a BIG shout out to Lucas who was our lead installer. He was meticulous and careful and solved little problems that come up when flooring a home. He just had such a wonderful attitude and was a genuinely caring person. Julio the owner was out twice during the install process as were Carlos and Everton the install and project managers. Heydi and Angel in the office were such a delight and were efficient and wonderful to talk to! It's obvious this company cares about their customers. We'll be visiting them again soon when we do our last room remodel. Thank you to Specialty Flooring for what was truly an excellent experience!”

The installers, Bruno and Robin were very nice and respectful and they cleaned their work area each day before leaving.
