“Great Service from design to install”

“We recently had new hardwood floors installed. Josh in sales was very helpful. Measured accurately, answered all our questions and presented several options with zero pressure. The material came in when he said it would. Larry from the warehouse, very nice guy, delivered it a few days before install so it could acclimate. Marius and Lazar did the install. I can't say enough good things about them. They arrived when they said they would. Very professional and courteous and their attention to detail was exceptional plus I learned a little bit about Romania. This is the second time I used Simas for flooring and I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again!”

“We had a great experience with Simas. Our salesperson Josh, was helpful, informed and answered a LOT of questions. We took flooring samples home, twice. Josh came out and measured carefully and accurately identified the subfloor issues of our 105 year old home. This was reassuring, I'd had other flooring companies come out and not see the issue. We were told it would take four weeks for the floors to come in. One week later I got a call from one of the office people saying our floors had come early and did we want to schedule. This worked great for us. Now, the actual flooring installation. David and his co-worker were excellent. It was the cleanest work I've ever had done in my house. They had to saw, patch, drill, patch some more. They set up the space to blow as much dust outside as possible and cleaned as they went. They worked hard to make sure the pattern was natural and not repetitive. It took three days for our 950 sq ft. Again, there was a lot of leveling to be done. I am pleased with the product we purchased, the price is similar to other bids I had and the workmanship was excellent. We will be back when we carpet the upstairs.”

“Overall pleased with the final results of the flooring installation in our home by Simas. Prompt and professional advice on materials and reasonable quotes, considering how crazy building materials have gotten in the last year! Communication regarding construction expectations and updates once the installation was under way was a bit lacking, as we returned home after having been told by a member of the crew that they were “finished” to find numerous detail elements obviously incomplete, which caused us some very unneeded stress until we were able to ascertain that Simas had to order some additional materials to complete the work correctly. We were also unprepared for just how much concrete dust there would be in our house due to required prep work to the slab. We would have prepped the non-project spaces differently if we had known, but this was our first time having this kind of work done so I guess live and learn. (A neighbor recommended an excellent cleaner so all is well!) Quality of the finished work was very good to excellent and we do recommend the company!”
