“I don’t even know where to begin—which ironically is the first thing I told Seestedt’s when I reached out about replacing the old carpet in our townhome. Our experience was 11/10 from there! Tina was phenomenal from the get-go; my husband and I felt heard at every turn and she was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations for our situation and goals. Everyone we worked with from there was also exceptional: Paul was thorough and communicative throughout the measure and was able to answer every question in great depth. Julian and his team were incredible—very efficient, friendly, and professional. I couldn’t believe the top-notch work they were able to do so quickly! And of course the product is fantastic (shout out Mohawk for making such great carpet!!). Our two-year-old chose to sleep on the new carpet rather than in his bed the first night and our 8-month-old is happy as a clam crawling all over upstairs. My husband and I can’t believe we didn’t update our carpet sooner—it is astonishing what a difference the new carpet has made in our home on both a comfort and aesthetic level! “Buying was a breeze. Violet and Claire are both knowledgable and friendly. Carpet (Shaw tweed comfort blue) is so soft and looks good. Install crew worked very hard and were very professional. Would use Seestedts, Paul their measure guy, and the install crew again for sure.”

“Sorry, this review is long overdue. We had some issues with the first two carpets that Seestedt's installed. They never disputed the problem and were great to work with. When the third carpet was laid their installers even helped us move some of the furniture. Tina, the owner, was so friendly and accommodating. Seestedt's went above and beyond!
