“The team did a great job on our first level floor. We had an heirloom piano that was not easy to work with and they still made it happen. The crew working our house were friendly and accommodating. We hit a couple snags that we weren’t expecting but they worked with us to solve the issues to our satisfaction. They came highly recommended from several friends and family who had worked with them before. When our basement is ready for flooring we will be calling them again.”

“I was in a situation with another flooring company that made me really think if they were pulling some shenanigans at my expense. We happened to go to Schmidt flooring and Phillip came to my home promptly and confirmed that what the other company was trying to do was not good for my home or my pocketbook. I cancelled the other flooring install promptly and gave the job to Schmidt’s flooring. He was honest caring and quick. My floor is going to be installed and will update on the job. I know that Phillip cares about the job they do and assures me that it will be done right. The reason for this review is I have never had someone so concerned and honest about what the situation was. The other flooring company was basically going to concrete our whole living and sleeping area putting 1200 pounds of levelizer on my floor joist. Phillip confirmed that was no way needed plus when he measured the area which he did twice he was almost 100 square feet less then what the other company said I needed. Tomorrow is the big day and I’m excited to have a new floor installed correctly. Thanks Phillip so much!”
