“I spoke with Jay and he was as nice and accommodating as could be. He came by the house a week or so after we spoke. He said he would email me a quote. I waited a week and called. He said he had been busy and i understood. He said he would get it to me that evening. Never got it. I called the next day, he apologized and said it would be coming that day. It never did. I was disappointed to say the least. After all of the good reviews, i was looking forward to getting the project completed by him. To this day, a month later i still haven't received anything. All he had to do was tell me he was too busy and i wouldn't have waited a month to look for another company.”

“We had flooding in our babies room from a really bad storm last night. We called and they were here within an hour. Unfortunately, we did have to completely tear up our laminate flooring in that room. But, we were offered a good deal on new flooring. The gentlemen that came to our house to assess the damage was very nice and professional.”
