“My wife insisted we work with Sam's Flooring for our whole house flooring project "to support the local business". I am getting to the point where I feel "supporting the local guy" a one was transaction (no reciprocation). The install was took a little longer then expected but we delt with that as it happened. The crew was friendly, maybe too friendly at times. On one situation I informed I had to leave the house after lunch for an appointment. I will admit there was a significant language barrier. Somehow we committed to driving the crew across town to their home as they were dropping off by Sam in the morning. I didn't find this as a big deal, more a comedic interaction, nor did I have a problem driving these hard workers home. I choose to give them 3 stars is because we can't get a hold of Sam to do warranty work. I reached out to Sam, my wife emailed him. No response for 2-3 months. P. S. - you have my contact info Sam please get back with us to fix the issue with the boards falling off my stairs.”

The tile work began on schedule and we were very impressed with Javier, the lead tile setter's craftsmanship. He ensured that all of the tiles planed out level and that the grout joints on the rectified tile were spaced evenly. The crew was very good about cleaning up the jobsite every day which was very much appreciated. The master shower turned out beautifully ! Ultimately, Sam honored his contract and ensured that we were very satisfied with the tile work at our master bathroom remodel. He also installed carpet for us at another closet and did a beautiful job of patching our master bedroom carpet at the threshold of the master bathroom. We wouldn't hesitate to definitely recommend the services of Sam's Flooring and Remodeling."”
