“The quality and selection of carpets at RPM is top notch, but what really sets RPM apart from other similar businesses is their outstanding customer service. They do what they promise and on time. They are easy to communicate with and very responsive whether in person at the store, by phone or email. I have used them now for both my home and for my church including our pre-school carpet needs. I would not go anywhere else. Viola and John have been my "go to" people and they have never disappointed me. Highly recommended”

“I was a passenger of a local picking up some carpet... As the local was discussing things with the sales dude the owner walked by introduced himself, told some stories of his past running into a coach of Syracuse basketball and then when the local was done with his sales dude the owner said thanks and somehow we got to talking if he was in military... They both were and the owner went over to his desk showing multiple pictures of his father in uniform. Said thanks to my local bud and told him he would have given a discount but instead would double what he would have gotten in discount to the military charity of his choice... “Such a fabulous experience from the minute I walked into the door and met Brittany until the great people who delivered (COVID safety PPE worn) and installed (plus trimmed my rug pad to adjust for rugs’s odd dimensions)it today! I can’t wait to go back and have them help me finish my other flooring projects-ssssh, don’t tell my husband 😉.
