I have a very old house with ‘not simple problems or fixes.’ I already have experienced other contractors giving me ‘flippant’ comments and confusing or even conflicting information. Some who just seem to barely know their stuff. Not so with Royal Rug! Dane M. Has been extremely thorough in discussing available options with me…even talking to me about the pros and cons of each. When there has been a question as to how to address an issue he consulted his partner who has the structural knowledge and experience to explain the needs and ‘not needs,’ with Dane working with me patiently to help me make the choice that is right for me at this time.
