“Recently I decided to replace my countertop. After going to several places and having lots of questions I went to Richwell and Tami helped me make my decision. She explained different types and told me they would be able to install with their people. With her help as well as Chris with my concerns I now have my new countertop. Derrick and Jacob, the installers with Big Creek Granite, did a great job. I am very happy with the choice I made with their help. Thank you!!!”

“This is the 2nd time in less than 2 years we've had carpet installed. 1st time was in our living room and 2nd time was in one of our bedrooms. Very pleased with everything. Great customer service from Tami and Mike L in the store and Mike S installed carpet in both rooms and he does an outstanding job. We will be back again.”

“After getting a quote from another local company in town that felt too high I went to Richwell on a whim. Within 15 minutes Tami had my business. Tami gave us many options but knowing a bit of what we wanted suggested the best cost effective method to accomplish our current goals while keeping in budget. For nearly 1/3 of the cost of my quote from the other local company I have started redoing the rest of my upstairs floors. Zack's Flooring (one of their install contractors) did a great job on the carpet install and was very professional.”
