Brett was great with the install and very mindful of keeping things neat and tidy. I found out they do other work like baths/showers and trim so I will definitely be using RIC flooring again. Very pleasant experience and overall great staff.”

“RIC was able to get me on the schedule when I had hoped and their installer was fast, efficient, and took great care in his work. He didn't just ignore some problems they came across at tear out, but was up front and quick to make sure I knew they could fix things and would take care of me. I came home from medical appointments to find a beautiful floor almost finished and woodwork going on. He made sure everything looked the way I wanted and was clean before he left. I highly recommended them and will be calling them in the future.”
