“They have a very reasonable price and they did caution me that the carpet I picked was pricier so that was a nice awareness piece but I knew that and went ahead anyway. The installer was later than planned and stayed a long time to finish but did an amazing job and I am beyond floored with the results. The sales people were very helpful and professional and I will come back for my tile/hearth work in the future.”

“My project consisted of installing vinyl plank over hardwood in my hallway, kitchen, dining space, and living room. Rebekah came over to measure and give me a quote. I chose a product and after a few boxes were installed I decided I did not like the color. Rebekah worked way past her scheduled work day to bring me new samples and worked with me until I was satisfied with a new product. She never made me feel badly for changing my mind. Pablo did a great job installing the new floor. I would recommend Ralph’s especially for the way they communicated with me throughout the project in addition to the great products they offer.”

“We have had Ralph's Floors recarpet our home, put window dressing on and now they are about to do a small job for us, tile an entryway. The first two jobs were done extremely well. The carpeting was installed four years ago and still looks wonderful. No corners have come up or seams apart. I really appreciate the fact that Rebecca has been so nice and helpful with this little job of tiling our back entry. Many places wouldn't be bothered with such a small job. She showed me tile that was in the back, left from a larger job. Perfect color and great quality and saves us money! It is so nice having this family run business in our community. They not only do outstanding work, but always have a sunny attitude. Thank you!!”
