“Outstanding service and attention to detail. My wife and I visited a different local flooring company and had a weird experience so we went looking elsewhere. It was 4:30pm on a Friday when we called Quantum and spoke with Alif who let us know he could help us even though they closed at 5. My wife and I raced over to the showroom to meet Alif and Matheus who were exceptionally patient and helpful. We had them pull 50 or so different samples off the wall so we could see them in the right light. Never once did we feel like we were a bother. They helped us narrow it down to 3 or 4 different ones and we took them home for a few days to see how they would look in our house. Nick came to do our estimate and you can tell he has been doing this for a while. He was confident in his numbers and through talking with him, we knew we could trust him. Very personable guy also, and constantly checked up on the job. Quantum also employs their own installers so it is a one stop shop. We didn’t have to worry about something going awry and everyone pointing fingers at each other. The installers were great. Nice / personable people who had to remove layers of nasty tile from our house. It was hard work but they did it well. The floor is perfectly level throughout and after the job finished , my wife and I tried to find something to nitpick, but on our 1,000 SF layout with many tricky corners, we couldn’t find a single issue. The finished product is perfect. I look forward to working with Quantum Floors again in the future.”

“After a getting multiple quotes from different flooring companies and contractors, we finally agreed to contract with Quantum. From the beginning, we spoke with Matthew who was a pleasure to speak to every time. The owner Fernando was also honest and welcoming. Matthew was so patient from the beginning and never made us feel rushed even when we went back and forth between samples. The customer service they provided is what sealed the deal.
