“I replaced all of the carpeting in my home, over 2,200 sq. feet. Terry was very helpful in the showroom, recommending the carpet she thought would best meet my stated needs. They offer only quality products here. Mike was extremely flexible when scheduling to come out to my home for room measurements. When at my home, Mike shared his knowledge of the product I was looking at versus other ones I had seen. He provided me with a reasonable quote and did not pressure me to make any purchasing decisions. Once I made my decision, I was given an installation date, which occurred as planned. The installers took care of moving all of my furniture; they were extremely careful with my belongings. Over two days, they did an excellent job of installing the carpeting, putting my furniture back, and cleaning up. I received a call afterwards from Terry making sure I was happy with everything. Customer service is still alive here. I love my new carpeting!”

Intallation was expert and simple; the gentleman who installed the flooring was very professional and kind.
