“The men at the Tukwila location were absolutely amazing!! They were knowledgeable, patient, honest, and answered all of our questions over 2/3 visits while we shopped around. We ended up getting the best deal for quality LVP and they helped us set up pick from the Tacoma location. They don't have as much of a selection as some other places but the service was WELL worth it!”

“I am updating my review as of June, 2023 to say even more great things about Pro-Flooring. Why? Because I called them to say that I had spilled some ammonia on the floor and there was some slight discoloration on the finish. Josh, the owner, just left my house after fixing the floor and he didn't even charge me! Their work and customer service can't be beat. In fact, my General Contractor is so impressed with their work, that he is now bidding out Pro-Flooring on his jobs! I can't say enough great things about Pro-Flooring. They recently replaced most of the flooring in my home, which had been a combination of wood and carpet, with new wide plank engineered hardwood. I had received 2 bids and went with Pro-Flooring because their estimate was substantially less. The floor turned out perfectly! The owner, Josh, takes incredible pride in his work and wants his customers to be happy. Everyone showed up on time every day and were very polite and professional. I received a lot of guidance from Josh on which type of finish would look the best and provide the best protection for the floors. There was a lot of work to be done, and they completed the work on time! Josh is incredibly responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. I will be recommending Pro Flooring to all my friends.”
