“I am updating my review as of June, 2023 to say even more great things about Pro-Flooring. Why? Because I called them to say that I had spilled some ammonia on the floor and there was some slight discoloration on the finish. Josh, the owner, just left my house after fixing the floor and he didn't even charge me! Their work and customer service can't be beat. In fact, my General Contractor is so impressed with their work, that he is now bidding out Pro-Flooring on his jobs! I can't say enough great things about Pro-Flooring. They recently replaced most of the flooring in my home, which had been a combination of wood and carpet, with new wide plank engineered hardwood. I had received 2 bids and went with Pro-Flooring because their estimate was substantially less. The floor turned out perfectly! The owner, Josh, takes incredible pride in his work and wants his customers to be happy. Everyone showed up on time every day and were very polite and professional. I received a lot of guidance from Josh on which type of finish would look the best and provide the best protection for the floors.
