“I had a fabulous experience with Vicki at Posh Floors. My mind was made up on a certain carpet and after placing the order she was told it had been discontinued. The color I needed was not easy to find but Vicki was persistent and helped me find the perfect carpet. She also helped with size, and border to make an entry rug. We had a time crunch due to summer travel deadlines... and again Vicki made a few calls to have it delivered the day before we left, in spite of a rain storm!!! She definitely deserves an A+”
