“Posting on behalf of Donna and Bill Bye: We had our entire house (2800 square feet) carpeted by perfect floors. It looked great. We have no kids, it is very gently used. After about a year and a half, in the middle of our master bedroom the carpet started to lift and buckle. It went across the entire room. Covid hit and we just waited until we felt safe having Perfect Floors fix it. I called our salesman Matt and he referred us to someone that could fix it. He acted like we did something wrong to cause this. My husband and I have sent MANY people we know to Matt for flooring needs. The carpet got worse. It was raised up to the point of it being a tripping hazard. Obviously this was something that went wrong with installation because all of the other rooms were fine. I called Matt last week to talk to him about this again. He had every excuse he could come up with why he couldn’t send one of his installers out here to fix it. He said to call the guy he recommended and it will cost minimum of 150 dollars. I reminded him again how many thousands of dollars we spent originally and also the continued business we have referred. No customer service from him. He said why did you wait to get this fixed? I said because of Covid. He basically said that was ridiculous. !!!!! I finally could not take his poor attitude and lack of customer service any longer and hung up. We found someone to fix it , it took 20 minutes and looks great. We will NEVER deal with Matt at Perfect Floors again.”

“We purchased Shaw vinyl plank flooring and carpet through Costco's membership program. The products were purchased and installed by Perfect Floors. We could not be happier with the products and the people. There was a supply chain delay in receiving the vinyl, but we were always notified and given the chance to change or cancel our order. In the end, we are very happy that we stayed with our original choice. The sales staff came to our home to show us flooring choices, sent us samples and answered all our questions. The installers were very meticulous about their work, very professional, and nice guys. Thank you!”
