“When we renovated our home, PCM did ALL the tile work in 3 bathrooms and LVP throughout our 2 story home. First off, their quality of work is impeccable. Every piece is cut with precision and laid to create a perfectly flat surface. Leading up to this was the selection process - we explained Cynthia what our vision was, and she showed us multiple options - who knew there was so much to learn about tiling and flooring - she made the process fun and enjoyable even though we changed our minds 5 times every other day lol. In the end, we found an option that fit our style and needs perfectly. The installation team took care of our home like it was theirs, prepped everything to perfection, and created custom transitions that allow for a smooth room to room transition instead of raised transitions between rooms. After they were done, they cleaned up and made sure we were happy. We couldn't be happier and will definitely be using them again for future projects.”
