“I am pleased to share my highly positive experience with Paradise Flooring, and in particular with Lance Takehara for the excellent customer service he provided to us. We ordered the flooring for our home renovation from Paradise because they did a much better job than the other flooring stores we visited in listening to us and responding knowledgeably to our priorities. We ended up selecting Swiss Krono laminate flooring, but after making our deposit to place the order, our project ran into hiccups. The general contractor we were using was overextended so we ended up having to switch to a new contractor. Then we experienced delays due to the pandemic, after which we had to process a new building permit application due to the accumulated delays. That is to say, through no fault of Paradise Flooring it was a full two years from the time we placed our deposit to the time when we were finally ready to have the flooring installed. Lance kept in regular contact with us through all that period, keeping tabs on the situation but never putting pressure on us as we contended with various complications with our project. We had to make adjustments to the quantities of the materials when the realities of the installation resulted in differences from what we had ordered, but Paradise Flooring assisted us in making the necessary changes with a minimum of fuss.
