“Oser has been great to deal with from the start and they've been more than helpful. Their showroom has many different examples yet is small enough to still give that hometown feel. While we did have a small issue with the subcontractor carpet installer breaking a flood light and not telling us, the Oser's were very quick to remedy the situation and be apologetic about something they didn't even necessarily do, themselves. They will have my business for years to come.”

“This was the 2nd job Oser's did for me. Even though this one was less than the 1rst job, it made no difference in the service I received. Everybody at the store were super helpful. They even custom mixed the paint to match the flooring I selected. The installation team of Casey & Carlos actually showed up earlier than the earliest time I was given. Both were pleasant, thoughtful, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up after done. They made sure I was happy with the job. When I'm ready for the other 3 rooms, there is nowhere else I would even think of going. Thank you for a beautiful room.”
