“It has been a pleasure working with the On The Level (OTL) team! Our kitchen required some serious updating and they have transformed our kitchen. From our initial contact with Bobby who helped us navigate all of the decisions we needed to make to Chris as project manager keeping us up to date. Hannah, the on-site manager made sure that things flowed smoothly. Mike always had a smile on his face even when he was moving heavy items in and out of the house in 95 degree weather. We needed some plumbing and repair work and the guys that OTL sent did a great job. (I don’t recall their names) If you want someone to come in and transform your kitchen or bathroom these are the folks you want to call. No one does it better!”

“I would recommend On the Level Kitchen and Bath. Good well intentioned staff and workers. This is something that is highly important to me when they are in the house almost daily. A few time glitches and lags in that regard but I understand that there is not perfection when waiting for orders etc. Bathroom tile work very happy with as well as countertops.”

“The finish product turned out acceptable after mutiple issues were addressed. The team dropped the ball with communicating. Clarity kills confusion (Korin/Corin). We did not get exactly what we desired, but learned a lesson. Moreover, one of our close relatives had work completed by them as well where they left holes in the living room wall after a bathroom remodel. The holes had to be repaired by another contractor after non communication.”
