“I would recommend On the Level Kitchen and Bath. Good well intentioned staff and workers. This is something that is highly important to me when they are in the house almost daily. A few time glitches and lags in that regard but I understand that there is not perfection when waiting for orders etc. Bathroom tile work very happy with as well as countertops.”

“The finish product turned out acceptable after mutiple issues were addressed. The team dropped the ball with communicating. Clarity kills confusion (Korin/Corin). We did not get exactly what we desired, but learned a lesson. Moreover, one of our close relatives had work completed by them as well where they left holes in the living room wall after a bathroom remodel. The holes had to be repaired by another contractor after non communication.”

“I am very glad I found On The Level!! Our home desperately needed new floors to replace the upstairs carpet and the terrible quality engineered flooring that the builder put in downstairs. We have dogs and cats, so we needed flooring that could withstand everything our fur all’s could throw at them. I came across OTL after researching Proximity Mills flooring and seeing work they had done installing their flooring. It was a big job and I wanted a company that could take care of all the details and give us a great finished product. And they certainly delivered there!! Our floors look absolutely stunning and I’m so incredibly happy with them! All of the workers, from the admin staff (Brittaney), to our salesperson (Bobby), to our project manager (Chris) and all the many workers that came to our home were so kind and professional! It is really hard to find good home improvement services in this area and they really went above and beyond to make our home beautiful! I can’t recommend them enough!!”
